The Indiana Bicentennial Reading Marathon will consist of four age groups of readers. The marathon course will be the outline of the state of Indiana with eight stops/weekly goals. Each stop will represent a historical area in Indiana and will include history of each destination stop. When half the age group reaches the goal, their marker will be moved on the map encouraging teamwork and incentive to win the marathon by reaching their reading goals.
