Legacy Projects > Back to the Roots of Indiana Food Back to the Roots of Indiana Food

Edible Indy will be working with many different Indian writers and artists in addition to the Indiana Historical Society to create the spring issue of Edible Indy to include a large amount of historic content on Indiana Food Roots. We will be working with Connor Prairie on historic recipes, Indiana Historical Society on food businesses, markets and vintage food items such as canning material, labels, menus, photos, etc., all to tell a story of Indiana food roots. The summer, fall and winter issues of Edible Indy will include at least one story, photograph or historical collage giving more education and stories to the Hoosier readers of Edible Indy.
