Come to Benton County and learn more about the home of the first wind farms in the state of Indiana! During 2016, Benton County Wind Farm Tours are celebrating the State’s Bicentennial Celebration by sharing the opening of the Benton County Wind Corridor Kiosk. Join us for a ribbon cutting ceremony on April 1, 2016 in celebrating the legacy and future development of the renewable energy of wind and its legacy in Indiana. The wind tours season runs from April through October. The tours will also include visiting the kiosk and learning the rich history of wind development in Benton County, Indiana.
