Westchester Public Library’s 2016 Indiana Bicentennial inspired Winter Reading Program, ‘Hoosiers Love Reading,’ is open to all adults, young adults and homebound patrons of Westchester Township and Non-residents of Westchester Township, who reside in Porter County. Starting 2/1/2016, complete an entry form for each item read or listened to from our Next Indiana Bookshelf, adult or young adult collection, including Overdrive eBooks, e-readers, audio books from Overdrive or Hoopla. Homebound residents will give their completed forms to their homebound service provider. Each review will be entered in a weekly gift card drawing. On Leap Day, we will have a bonus book giveaway from the entries of everyone that participated during the month of February.
