Legacy Projects > The Dice Game The Dice Game

For 40 years, the Nappanee Apple Festival has been engaging the citizens of Nappanee to come out and live in a simpler time. The festival started with Mr. Miller who owned an orchard, wanting to have a festival around the harvest of the Apples. The Festival is home to the dice game, which has been played for many years at the Nappanee Apple Festival. The dice game will be played multiple times throughout the weekend and Bicentennial and Nappanee items will be awarded as prizes. The Nappanee Apple Festival has a great historic value to Nappanee as it has been up and running longer than any other festival Nappanee has had. Without it, Nappanee would have fallen off the map. Now, from the steam engine show to the horse drawn wagons, we provide history all year long.
