Legacy Projects > Celebration of the Eel River & Blue Highway Access Park Celebration of the Eel River & Blue Highway Access Park

North Manchester has long awaited the creation of an easily accessible facility along the Eel River to serve as a local on-ramp to the river. The completion of the handicapped-accessible canoe launch park will be realized in late summer 2016. Its celebration will be held in conjunction with the Harvest Festival on October 1. A ceremony and ribbon-cutting will be held at the park pavilion, among other activities.
