Participants may submit their best sugar cream pies for judging at the Huntington City- Township Public Library. Pies will be judged and prizes awarded in three different age categories. The judges for this event will be library staff along with local pie “experts”. These same pies along with other traditional Indian foods will be available to be samples at the “Taste of Indiana” mini-buffet following the judging. Patrons can also view displays of books by Indiana authors and books about the Indiana culture that influenced such food during this time.
