An 84 acre acquisition featuring a prominent esker (a long narrow steep-sided gravel ridge) offering views of Perfect Lake and adjoining wetlands. Perfect Lake is an underdeveloped lake with healthy aquatic communities, marsh area, and wetlands including a significant proportion of high quality fen and sedge meadow. This project is located in Steuben County.
