Indiana Bicentennial Celebration 2016

Legacy Projects > Indiana Bicentennial Native American Geocaching Trail Indiana Bicentennial Native American Geocaching Trail

Let’s celebrate the Indiana Bicentennial by geocaching in Fayette County! Numerous geocaches have been placed and can be found along the Fayette County Native American Trail as described in the historic book, The Indian Trail Down the Whitewater Valley, by J. L. Heineman. All caches will acquaint you with treasured historical sites within Fayette County. The caches will be activated on September 24, which is the day the Bicentennial Torch will pass through Fayette County. The geocaches can be found throughout the years ahead. Access the website, ceocaching.com, for further information on the cachers and the hobby/sport of geocaching in general!
