ICRC > Newsroom > ICRC Perception Survey ICRC Perception Survey

In order to gain a better understanding of the perceptions that exist about the Indiana Civil Rights Commission, our role in fighting for the protection of civil rights, and the general state of civil rights in Indiana, we have developed a survey.

This survey, which only takes a few minutes to complete, is anonymous and will be used solely to help our staff to better serve the State of Indiana.

Your participation is extremely important. Please click here to complete the survey online. If you would like a PDF version of the survey that you can distribute to your friends, colleagues and constituents please click here.

To return the PDF version, fax the completed surveys to: (317) 232-6580, Attn: Brad Meadows.

Please help the Indiana Civil Rights Commission eliminate discrimination and protect the civil rights of every Indiana resident by completing the survey and encouraging others to do the same.
