This packet contains additional materials for the board meeting to consider preliminary adoption of new rules and amendments to rules for hazardous waste in 329 IAC 3.1 and 329 IAC 13:
- Draft Rule Proposed for Preliminarily Adoption, corrected as of November 3, 2005.
- A new SECTION 3 has been added to provide a mailing address for required notifications where the address is not specified.
- In SECTION 6 of the document, 329 IAC 3.1-7-2(2) was removed because it will conflict with federal changes to the hazardous waste manifest requirements that are being incorporated by reference in this rule.
- SECTION 6 will now take effect on September 5, 2006, the federal compliance date for the new manifest requirements (see SECTION 12 of the document).
- This corrected draft rule replaces the draft rule distributed with the original board packet.
