CTAP > Compliance Due Dates Compliance Due Dates

Do you know when your compliance reports are due? Are you a Large Quantity Generator that needs to pay the annual fee, but you do not know the fee schedule? The Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) provides information on the due dates of forms and/or reports that may apply to your operations.

Note: This list does not attempt to identify all forms or reports that are required to be in compliance with environmental rules and regulations. Please check with the specific IDEM program offices (Air, Land, or Water) or call the Compliance and Technical Assistance Program (CTAP) at (800) 988-7901 if you have additional questions.
