To streamline and improve printing, copying and mailing services IDOA has consolidated these services through an all state agency contract. This enterprise-wide solution provides state agencies one-stop-shop efficiencies and accountability.

To ensure that an agency's billing requirements and service levels are established prior to service being provided, please contact Hailey Aycock

The Printing and Mailing Services contract is in a transition period between vendors. Please contact Hailey Aycock to begin the procurement process during the transition.

The finalized timeline for Print/Mail Services transition of duties from Novitex Enterprise Solutions to Post Masters is listed below:

Post Masters will begin taking jobs that are to be returned to Agencies after November 17
