  • Develop, maintain and supply training materials, sessions and solutions
  • Provide support to state agencies having delegation of purchasing authority
  • Maintain the PeopleSoft item file and bidder registration information
  • Act as a functional resource in purchasing software applications and technology-related projects
  • Assist the IDOA Public Works, Strategic Sourcing, Travel Division and Vendor Management functions and initiatives
  • Perform audits to confirm State agency compliance with Procurement laws and policies
