Visiting Guidelines

Minimum Security (R Dorm) - Visits are allowed on weekends and State Holidays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM  local time. 

Maximum Security (WCU) and Segregation - Visits must be pre-scheduled at 219-785-2511 ext. 4784 or 4785.

Medium Security (EC, IC, and GSC) - Visitation rotates once every three days based on the offender's assigned complex. Visits are from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM local time.  Visitor’s must sign in between 8:30 AM and 1:00 PM.  Visitors may come once every 12 days. If you do not know the offender's assigned complex, call the facility Information Desk at 219-785-2511 ext. 4704 or 4705 from 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM.
