PREF's First Graduation
Indiana Department of Correction Commissioner J. David Donahue congratulates residents during Plainfield Re-Entry Educational Facility's first graduation ceremony for the completion of Department of Correction and IVY Tech programs. On November 15, 2006, 47 men were joined by family and friends during the graduation from their respective educational programs.
