The Consumer Service Department is responsible for:

Analyzing and processing consumer complaints
Responding to telephone inquiries from the general public regarding insurance matters
Conducting face-to-face meetings with consumers and insurance companies to address problems and trends
Assisting the general public and other Department of Insurance departments with research of insurance problems.
