Indiana Economic Development Corporation Logo and Style Guide

This page contains downloadable GIF, JPEG and EPS files of the IEDC logo for use in print applications. Included are black and white (BW), one-color blue (1C), two-color blue and gold (2C) and four-color process blue and gold (4C). These are available with and without the tagline, "Accelerate Your Business".

Logo Formats:

GIF (for web and powerpoint) - Gif is widely used on the World Wide Web, both for still images and for animations.

JPEG (for word documents, etc). - The main advantage of JPEG files is their wide acceptance and use in Windows programs. Their large size makes them unsuitable for file transfer. Desktop backgrounds and images from scanners are usually stored in JPEG files.

EPS (for printing) - EPS files also frequently include a preview picture of the content, for on-screen display. The idea is to allow a simple preview of the final output in any application that can draw a bitmap. Without this preview the applications would have to directly render the PostScript (PS) data inside the EPS, which was beyond the capabilities of most machines until recently.
