Sarah was appointed as the first Executive Director of IEERB by Governor Mike Pence on July 1, 2016. Sarah began her legal career as a judicial law clerk for Justice Theodore Boehm of the Indiana Supreme Court. She then worked in Chicago as a Labor & Employment Associate at Barnes & Thornburg LLP, and later the labor and employment law firm of Laner Muchin, Ltd. Sarah graduated summa cum laude from Boston University with a B.A. in Education, Public Policy, and European Studies. She earned her law degree from Washington University in St. Louis.

Becky earned both her M.S.W. and her J.D. from Indiana University – Indianapolis, and has worked in education in both legal and administrative capacities. Over the past seventeen years, Becky has served as an Assistant Director of Special Education at both the Department of Education and a local special education cooperative, general counsel for the Department of Education, administrator and general counsel for the State Board of Education, and as the State Director of Special Education.

Stacey has served Indiana public school children as a high school science teacher, high school principal, superintendent, assistant superintendent at the Indiana Department of Education, and education consultant. Stacey received her B.S. from Indiana University, Bloomington, M.S. from Indiana University Purdue University, Fort Wayne, and Ph.D. from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana.
