Tim J Cain Staff Attorney

...received his first law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law and an advanced law degree, called an LL.M., from the John Marshall Law School (Chicago).

He has practiced law for over 31 years and was a three term elected Prosecuting Attorney for LaGrange County, Indiana. He has had over 100 jury trials in State and Federal Courts, having won over 90% of them. From September, 2007, to assuming the staff attorney position at ILEA, Tim was a Reserve Deputy with the Noble County Sheriff’s Department.

Tim has spent the majority of his professional career training and protecting police officers in northeast Indiana, and is pleased to now help police officers around the State of Indiana.
