If you have access to your computer you can use the Helpdesk Assistant which will assist in emailing a request to the IOT helpdesk.
The Desktop Assistant Program will need to be installed on your computer before using it for the first time. If you do not have Desktop Assistant installed please use the - Download - to install the program.
Once installed, Double click on the icon
Which will bring up the following dialog box:
Enter "INDOT -" and a short problem description and a detail description (include your email address in detail description) and press Generate Ticket which will open a new email with the information provided that can then be sent to IOT's helpdesk.
