It is with deep sadness that we report the loss of Mr. David Windler, 73, of INDOT’s Fowler Sub District office. Mr. Windler was a mechanic at the Fowler Subdistrict for 42 years. He also farmed in the Fowler area. Mr. Windler fell while working on a pay-loader at the Fowler Subdistrict garage on January 10.
