INShape Indiana Health Summit 2009

2009 INShape Indiana Health Summit – Tuesday, September 29th

The 2009 INShape Indiana Health Summit will be held September 29th at the Hulman Center
on the Indiana State University campus in Terre Haute. The theme: “Healthy Lifestyles, Healthy
Communities,” will showcase the strategies and resources available to improve the health of smaller
communities.

The event is presented in partnership with the Indiana State Department of Health, the Indiana Rural Health Association, and Indiana State University.
