IOT has a team of Account Executives who serve as liaisons between agencies and IOT service operations personnel.  Their goal is to maintain good customer relationships between IOT and the agencies they support.   In addition, the Account Executive group is responsible for understanding agency initiatives and priorities and coordinating IOT involvement in agency projects.   Please contact us with any questions, concerns or suggestions.
