Understanding the Needs of Children with Disabilities in the Foster Care System: This document is the result of a collaborative effort between IPAS and Indiana State Office of GAL/CASA, Indiana Supreme Court, Division of State Court Administration. The contents have been developed as a training module for GAL/CASA volunteers. The contents may be helpful to others in understanding the needs of children that have disabilities and are being served in the foster care system in Indiana.
