Indiana Pathways Innovation Network (IN-PIN) provides systematic career pathways support for schools, postsecondary education, workforce providers and regional partnerships. By joining the IN-PIN, organizations accelerate their efforts to develop scalable and sustainable solutions to strengthen connections between education, employers, and economic development to prepare today’s youth and adult learners for tomorrow’s careers.

With backing from the Center of Excellence and Leadership of Learning (CELL) at the University of Indianapolis, the IN-PIN is led and managed by the National Center for College and Career Transitions (NC3T), an organization experienced in all aspects of career pathways development. more info >.

IN-PIN Study Visit - 6/23/16, 10am–2pm in Columbus

See how educators, workforce development organizations, and businesses (NTN, Cummins and Caltherm) are working together to create impactful pathways programs. You will also hear from the people involved in the day-to-day management of these initiatives and be able to ask questions and discuss how this knowledge can be used to shape your own pathways programs.

The Eco Network will be facilitating this event hosted at NTN Driveshaft at their Columbus, Indiana location. You will have a chance to tour the NTN facility and discuss NTN’s role in the career pathways initiative.     Created by a unanimous vote of the 2013 General Assembly at the request of Governor Mike Pence, the Works Councils further Governor Pence’s ideals of technical training options which encourage all students to achieve with a personal “Plan A” providing opportunity for success whether they want to go to college, learn a trade, or start their career right out of high school.
