Public Comments Request

The FY 2008 Title V Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Block Grant Application is being prepared for submission to the federal government. In keeping with the federal requirement to solicit public comments, we are requesting comments on the posted FY 2008 Application/Report Executive Summary. This is a copy of last year's executive summary document that has been updated with current information. This Executive Summary indicates past performance and utilization of Title V funds and identifies many of the same programs for which ISDH will request funds for FY 2008. We are posting this document in order to solicit public comments to be considered in the preparation of the 2008 Title V grant application.
