Questions about HIPPA?
The Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule (RRP) is a new Federal regulation which went into effect on April 22, 2010. It requires many types of contractors who might disturb painted surfaces while working in pre-1978 housing to become Lead Certified Renovators. This is accomplished by taking a one-day course about using "lead safe work practices" on the job.
