VFC Providers

The Indiana Vaccines for Children Providers Map can be used to find locations where an eligible child and adult Hoosiers can receive publicly funded vaccines. Select icons or use the widgets to view vaccine site information. Please reach out to your preferred clinic to find out more information about their scheduling and hours of operation.

Information in the map is updated quarterly. The map can be used to search, filter and export .csv lists of Vaccines for Children providers. For directions on how to use the 'Query List of VFCs' widget, click here.
