LEAP-(Language Enrichment and Play) is a bilingual playgroup for deaf and hard of hearing children ages 18 -36 months using American Sign Language and English while engaging in play. Children acquire language skills through participation in a language-rich, play facilitated environment with varying access to American Sign Language ( ASL) and spoken English as determined by each child’s communication plan developed by the parents.  Parent participation in playgroups is expected for carry over at home in their natural environment. 

Tuesdays and Thursdays – LEAP Playgroup for families of Deaf and Hard of Hearing Children 18 months old to 3 years old at CDHHE center in Indianapolis. See flyer for more information.
