ImageTrend offers many features which can save you time when completing a run sheet, including drop-down boxes to enter data. Many of the drop-down boxes contain generic information appropriate to all Services, such as medications or allergies, but the product also allows you to personalize the options just for your Service. You must either activate these options or add information pertaining to your Service. This Quick Start Guide contains instructions and screen shots to help walk you through the process. Your service also has the ability to extract the data in the registry and send it to another organization. For instructions on how to transfer the data from the ISDH EMS Registry to another organization, please review the Transferring Data from ISDH EMS Registry to another Organization guide. To modify the incident date on a run sheet, review the Incident Date on a Run Sheet guide. The requirement that EMS transport providers submit data to the Indiana Department of Homeland Security (IDHS) is unchanged by the Trauma Registry rule; EMS transport providers must report their data to both agencies.
