Location of Offense: 601 East Main Street, Petersburg, Indiana

Circumstances: On 09/11/94 Cara Abell was found dead in a burned out apartment above the Silver Dollar Saloon.  The fire was ruled an arson.  Angela Houston was also found dead in the apartment.
