Scope of Rule

This rulemaking (RM# 12-05, LSA# 12-114) stems from Ind. Code § 4-22-2.5-2, which provides that an administrative rule expires January 1 of the seventh year after the year in which the rule took effect (unless the rule contains an earlier expiration). When rules are readopted, no language changes are made to the rule.

The subject matter of this rulemaking is the readoption of the electricity rules regarding interconnections, metering, costs, and customer-generator interconnection standards. Additionally, this rulemaking readopts telecommunications rules regarding an expedited procedure for resolving interconnection disputes between telecommunications carriers.
