Public Hearing

A public hearing for IURC rulemaking 19-04 will take place on Friday, November 15, 2019, at 2:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, at the PNC Center, 101 West Washington Street, IURC Conference Center, Judicial Courtroom 222, Indianapolis, Indiana.  The subject matter of the rulemaking is repeals of procedural rules 170 IAC 6-3, titled Central Station Hot Water Heating Utilities, 170 IAC 9, titled Rural Electrification Administration, and 170 IAC 12, titled Residential Conservation Service Program.
