APPROVES NEW RATES FOR MONON TELEPHONE
Today
in Cause No. 42215, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission approved a
settlement agreement between Monon Telephone Company and the Indiana Office of
Utility Consumer Counselor which will result in the first rate increase for
customers since November of 1956.
The
new residential rates will be $13, business rates are set at $15 and PBX rates
are $19.
Monon
Telephone serves just over 2,000 residential and business customers.
