The Indiana Supreme Court Division of State Court Administration seeks applicants to fill two staff attorney positions: one for the Public Defender Commission and the other for Trial Court Management. The Supreme Court of Indiana has opportunities for law clerks to work directly with the five Justices of the Court. Each clerk will perform a variety of tasks, including legal research and drafting memorandums. But more importantly, a law clerk for the Supreme Court will become involved in the rich history and traditions of the Court and participate in challenging discussions of contemporary law and events that make up the fabric of the legal system.
The Supreme Court of Indiana has opportunities for externs to work directly with three of the five Justices of the Court. Each extern will perform a variety of tasks.
