Indiana Supreme Court awards more than $400,000 in Adult Guardianship grants

The Indiana Supreme Court awarded $420,000 in grant money to benefit 9 agencies serving 16 counties for volunteer-based guardianship programs serving seniors and incapacitated adults. The matching grants range from $50,000 for current guardianship programs to $38,500 for new and developing programs.

Attorneys: October 1 deadline has passed for annual IOLTA certification & fee payment

Indiana attorneys must annually pay an attorney registration fee and certify their IOLTA status. Attorneys who have not completed their obligations have been assessed late fees. To avoid additional fees, attorneys must complete their obligations by 11:59 pm on Thursday, October 15, 2015.
