Pursuant to I.C. 32-30-10.5-8(d), Indiana trial courts have been required since June 30, 2011 to send a notice informing eligible mortgage foreclosure debtors* of their right to request and participate in a settlement conference. Per the Supreme Court's October 2011 Order in 94S00-1101-MS-3, these Best Practices are periodically updated and amended by the Task Force.
