The Judicial Center is the staff agency of the Judicial Conference of Indiana and was created by statute. The Justice Reinvestment Advisory Council has published a 22 page annual report for 2015, as required by IC 33-38-9.5-2.
Any Indiana county--in collaboration with their local community corrections advisory board--is eligible under HEA 1006 to submit one application for grant funding from the Indiana Department of Correction (DOC) for the purpose of improving community supervision efforts. The application deadline is September 18, 2015.
