The Disciplinary Commission has issued Advisory Opinion #1-24 titled, “Navigating Limited Representation at an Initial Hearing,” covering how public defenders provide meaningful and efficient representation to multiple clients at initial hearings.
Applications available for Court of Appeals of Indiana
March 5, 2024
Chief Justice Loretta Rush announced today that the Indiana Judicial Nominating Commission will begin accepting applications for a vacancy on the Court of Appeals. The position on the state's second highest court will become available when Judge Patricia Riley, representing the fourth appellate district, retires this summer.
