2016 Family Court Project Quarterly Report form and Annual Report forms
These report forms are a means for each court program to track its data. This data will be a primary factor for the Indiana Supreme Court to know which programs are the most effective and efficient. This information is critical, and providing it will assist in determining which programs should continue to be supported. Please remember to review the Annual Report form early during the year so that you are aware of what data will be expected of your program at the end of the year.
Please complete and electronically submit the Quarterly Report form to the Family Court Project manager at the end of each quarter (March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31) and the Annual Report form as soon after the new year as is possible.
The Indiana Constitution divides state government into three branches: the Legislative, the Executive and the Judicial. The Constitution provides that the Judicial power of the State is vested in a Supreme Court, a Court of Appeals, Circuit Courts and such other courts as the General Assembly may establish.
