Lake County Bar Association Family Law Section to Host One-Hour Mortgage Foreclosure CLE

About This Event

Presenter: Stephanie Shappell Katich, Attorney, Indiana Legal Services, Inc., Foreclosure Defense Program. Ms. Katich joined Indiana Legal Services in 2008 to head up the ILS’s Foreclosure Defense Program in Northwest Indiana. She came to ILS after nine years in private practice which included real estate, construction litigation, collections and other general civil litigation.

Seating is limited to 45 participants. It is free to members of the Lake County Bar Association Family Law Section.  For all others, the fee is $25.

The Indiana Supreme Court will reimburse the CLE fee for this session for any private attorney who agrees to take a mortgage foreclosure case on a pro bono basis.  For reimbursement, contact David Remondini, Indiana Supreme Court at 317.232.2542 or dremondi@courts.state.in.us.
