The following is a list of Indiana Registered Foreclosure Mediators.  These mediators have successfully completed mortgage foreclosure mediation training sponsored by the Indiana Supreme Court, Indiana Pro Bono Commission, and the Indiana Commission for Continuing Legal Education.

Judicial officers are encouraged to utilize the expertise of Indiana’s Registered Foreclosure Mediators when scheduling settlement conferences in accordance with Indiana Code 32-30-10.5.  The use of a Registered Foreclosure Mediator can help facilitate more productive settlement conferences than may otherwise occur in the absence of a skilled third party neutral.
