    SEC. 1. Section 2 of the above entitled act is amended to read as follows: Sec. 2. That section 2 of the above entitled act be amended to read as follows: Sec. 2. The said persons above named shall be the first board of trustees for the government of said corporation, and shall continue such until displaced by their successor; but all who may unite with them and be received by the individuals composing said corporation as members thereof shall elect such successor trustees at such times as may be fixed by the members of said corporation.
