The Evergreen Indiana Consortium has seen a steady rise in interest from all types of libraries around the state. Because of this, the Consortium has begun accepting applications from libraries seeking to migrate to Evergreen in 2009. The State Library consistently encourages all libraries to look into Evergreen because membership in the Consortium is limitless and the savings for each library are significant.

Requests for membership are approved by the Executive Committee on May 1 and November 1 of each year. Libraries interested in joining the consortium must have their library board's approval and submit a completed executed Membership Agreement and Code of Ethics.
