Biographical Note:

Lucille Lipps was born in Indianapolis on September 2, 1899. She married Edward O. Gaynor on September 8, 1920. She had three children, Margaret Ann Gaynor Petty, Lucia Gaynor Karst, and Edward A. Gaynor. Lucille Gaynor was a designer for East End Post Greenhouse, president, secretary, and treasurer for Veterans of World War I Post 41 Auxiliary and a member of the Indianapolis Fireman’s Auxiliary. She was a volunteer for the Cheer Guild at Riley Hospital for Children.
