New Location
The Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC) opened at its new location, the National City Center in downtown Indianapolis, on July 16.

All OUCC phone numbers and e-mail addresses did not change as a result of the move. These include the OUCC’s toll-free number (1-888-441-2494), main local number (317-232-2494), general e-mail address (uccinfo@oucc.IN.gov) and Website address (www.IN.gov/OUCC).
