Aurora Municipal Gas Rate Case
An Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) order in Cause No. 43527 was issued on January 30, 2009, approving a settlement agreement between the City of Aurora and the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC).
