Peru Municipal Rate Case
On June 13, 2007, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) issued a final order in the Peru municipal electric rate case (Cause No. 43200), approving the settlement agreement between the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC) and the city.
