Westfield Gas Corporation, doing business as Citizens Gas of Westfield, is seeking to increase its natural gas base rates and charges in Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) Cause No. 43624.

The Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC) filed testimony in this case on May 29, 2009. The OUCC issued a news release on May 12 to invite written consumer comments in this case.
